We have qualified and trained personnel available for our clients, who work closely to provide support during the installation of our special projects. We have developed new strategies and quality standards to improve durability and quality of our products.
In order to design and manufacture our external leaf seal with the required accuracy and reliability, we have the possibility of taking measurements of equipment “kilns” during operation. This is very convenient for our clients to have the required information without having to shut down the kiln or disrupt production.
Equipment: Leica Total Station Model TS06
Activity duration: Two (2) days (dayshift only)
In order to design and manufacture our external leaf seal with the required accuracy and reliability, we offer the service of a technical visit during the kiln shutdown in order to take measurements on site when the client does not have updated information. If the technical information provided by the plant is not sufficient or is very outdated, a technical visit is required.
Activity time: Maximum two (2) days (dayshift only)
